Truthfully, I have a strong spirit, but like any person, I have bad days too. If you wonder why someone like me might need someone like Louise Hay, the answer is easy: in a way, we all do.
I have suffered a lot of loss. A lot.
There comes a time when it all just gets to be too much, and I know many people who couldn't have walked the path that I have and remained as open & loving as I am. Louise Hay helped me do something very important: I had to relearn to love myself.

In this society, we are dug pretty deep into a dark, sheltered place, shuttered away from each other. The universe isn't happy that we isolate ourselves from her and from each other. Life doesn't have to suck or be hard. Life is meant to be lived freely & with joy. So get living!
